Talk is cheap. Less is more.
So sit back, relax, and let your eyes take a leisurely stroll through Chisinau, Moldova…
Inside the Central Bus Station (1 of 3 in the city)
Moldovan cash and Stefan the Great who must have been great; his face is on every bill.
Outside the Catedrala Mitropolitană Nașterea Domnului
Lots of Mercedes…
Cvas peddler on 31 August 1989 Street
Babushkas and grapes near Central Market
Grapes, and grapes and grapes
This is was lunch and that is a liter of vodka on their table (much respect)
Best name for a mall EVER — MallDova on Dacia Boulevard.
One of Moldova’s coolest exports – Zdob si Zdub

August 10, 2012 at 1:27 amGlad you liked the photos! To be honest, I have no idea. The dish to the left is was like a stewed eggplant with garlic (ikra in Russian). The rest was seriously a mystery but definitely not bigos.
