    Hi, thanks for all this pictures, till now Moldova was for me like terra incognita. Could please tell me what is on your plate just by the table with one liter of vodka?

    Is this bigos like we know in Poland?

    Glad you liked the photos! To be honest, I have no idea. The dish to the left is was like a stewed eggplant with garlic (ikra in Russian). The rest was seriously a mystery but definitely not bigos.
